Useless as Kodak Repair Support

Pros: small

Cons: non-existent quality assurance, third party repair shop, no customer service.

Review: Got the camera for Christmas and within 10 minutes the lens refused to retract. Had to pay for shipping to their third party repair shop and after 5 weeks have heard nothing. I had emailed them to no avail. Useless camera and useless customer support. ...
