Pros: Powerful, and quiet!
Cons: A little on the pricey side, and no recipe booklet.
The Bottom Line: I love it! Anyone who likes to cook and needs a great tool ought to have this!

Epinions BAMIX Mono really does it!

Pros: The Mono really does make mayonnaise in nothing flat!
Cons: No cookbook. I'll keep my regular blender for larger amounts.
