If you write in a language other than US English, you've probably wished more than once that you could use the spell-checkers in your Office applications, and Word's hyphenation, thesaurus, and grammar features, with non-English text. Each package contains the same spelling dictionary and hyphenation file that Microsoft incorporates in foreign versions of Office. The Office Language Selector, included with each Proofing Tools package, lets you tell Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint what language of Proofing Tools to use when spell-checking text. In Word, you specify the language of text right in your document.
