Pros: Very clear voice and effective noise cancelling

Cons: Expensive though worth the price

Not nearly as functional as Plantronics wired headsets

Pros: Enables mobility around the office while maintaining phone conversation.

Cons: Poor outgoing voice quality; receiver quality significantly diminished after 6mos use.

The Bottom Line: Explore all other options and study ratings carefully before choosing this item.
