Good Rice, Poor Service when things go bad

Pros: Tasty, reliable rice. Attractive rice cooker.

Cons: Poor service network

The Bottom Line: Consider another brand perhaps with a better service network.

Excellent for porridge as well as rice

Pros: Makes wonderful porridge and brown rice, as well as white rice; also steamer and slow-cooker.

Cons: None except for absence of a see-through tempered glass lid which some models have.

The Bottom Line: My counter space is limited, but this rice cooker stays out all the time; I couldn't do without it, for breakfast oatmeal and for excellent rice.
