Pros: None that I can tell. The things that would've been pros do not work.
Cons: Their support costs after 90 days (or 2 days in our case) for every call.
The Bottom Line: Stay away from this box. It will cost you more in the long run.
Review: As another reviewer kindly put, this server has overstated capacity (they state you have 1.6TB to use, but you only get to USE about 160GB X 4 (640GB), and that's without a hot spare. Add a hot spare, and now you're limited to 160GB X 3), the NetVault ...

Epinions Think twice before buying this product

Pros: Looks cool.
Cons: Over-stated capacity, horrendous installation learning curve, dysfunctional software, exorbitant licensing fees and spotty technical support.
The Bottom Line: Installation of the SNAP Server has been a nightmare. The included software is dysfunctional and the disk capacity is only two thirds of what's advertised.
