Epinions Stunning

by  lawman67, top reviewer in Computer Hardware ,  Feb 18, 2004
Pros: Gorgeous aluminum case, small and light, stable OS
Cons: I hate touchpads, 90-day tech support is a joke
The Bottom Line: The most beautiful laptop on the planet is also a versatile machine for the traveller. Only the $500 cheaper though equally capable iBook takes away from the mini-PowerBook.

by  mark_ufl,  May 16, 2004
Pros: Incredible Design, Multitasking wonder, Solid Operating System, Great Applications
Cons: Can get somewhat warm under the left palmrest. No Office Suite included.

Epinions Beauty and Brains

by  wilshakes1,  Jan 23, 2006
Pros: Compact, sleek, powerful, world's best OS
Cons: Runs hotter, with shorter battery life, than comparable iBooks
The Bottom Line: Terrific--not really an improvement over comparable iBooks for most users but still head and shoulders above any Windows notebook.
Review: A couple of years ago my family bought its first iBook, to replace an aging G3 tower. We liked it so well we decided to buy an AirPort router and 3 more notebooks, so each family member could have his/her own machine. This may sound extravagant, but with ...
