Pros: easy to install, works great on Mac OS X, Linux and Windows
Cons: Mac keyboard works great!!!!
The Bottom Line: Good quality KVM switch, top notch for all operating systems.
Review: I bought this switch in the Mac department at Micro Center. It was market down to $18 so I jumped on the opportunity to consolidate some of the hardware on my computers. It was stated that it works on OS X, Windows and LINUX so since I have all three I ...

Pros: Use one keyboard, one mouse, and one monitor with two computers.
Cons: Seems to have problems conveying the keyboard signals over to the Mac.
The Bottom Line: Although advertised as good with "two USB computers," Mac buyers should beware. No worries on the PC side. Otherwise, great functionality.
Review: A friendly hello to everyone. This OmniView KVM switch was on my 2003 Christmas list. Thank goodness, I got it. There are many manufacturers making KVM switches. Belkin makes a wide variety of KVM switches. A KVM switch, essentially, allows you to ...

Pros: does the job
Cons: have to press CTRL button twice to make it work, separate cords required, expensive
The Bottom Line: This product is better than the IOGEAR USB KVM switch but it's not the be-all-end-all of KVMs. If you're willing to spend the money, try out this switch.
Review: I purchased this KVM switch after developing a severe headache from problems with an IOGEAR USB KVM switch. This product, along with the separate cables you have to purchase, was a much more expensive option. However, I was willing to up the cost if it ...

Pros: Great design. Nice cable management. Doesn't cause (immediate) cancer. Only a little image ghosting.
Cons: Horrible functionality. Can't update firmware with WinXP or MacOS. Can't handle fast typists.
The Bottom Line: This device has great design and cable management, but it doesn't work well. Horrible keyboard response and inability to update firmware in XP make me vote against it.
Review: I should say from the start that I expect not to loose much, if any, functionality with my computers just because I'm using a KVM. With this mindset, Belkin's SOHO KVM just won't cut it for me. This device has a very cool design and great cable...

Pros: The promise of plug-and-play connection in a handsome looking device.
Cons: Poor industrial design meets flawed results on the Mac side. Avoid this product.
Review: The price tag is so high that when I opened the box I was disappointed to find I needed to supply my own additional monitor and audio cables -- which means shelling out more money for cables. Then when I started attaching the cables I found a very ...
