Epinions Become an Instant Chef with this Magical Multiquick Wand!

by  garethusa,  Jul 18, 2004
Pros: Space efficient, versatile use, sharp blades get the job done every time, easy to use.
Cons: 3 recipes in instruction booklet.
The Bottom Line: For the little chef that exists in all of us, the Braun Multiquick Handheld Blender MR5550 is "the indispensible MUST HAVE" appliance that makes preparing nutritious food fun again!
Review: I love to cook but at times there just isn't too much time to whip up something tasty and nutritious. Especially when you have to locate a grater, a whisk, a blender, a chopper and still find room on the countertop to prepare the ingredients before you ...

Epinions Impressive power & versatility

by  amw5g,  Apr 12, 2004
Pros: Power, ease of use, variable speed, cleanup
Cons: Attachments, too attractive for dogs to resist, isn't sold by piece, where is the MR5000?
The Bottom Line: Totally recommend it if you want power and finesse. It *is* expensive, but I found it durable and worth the price. Just keep it out of your dogs mouth.
Review: I bought this model handblender off of eBay, after getting tired of using a bar blender to puree soups. I had to wait for the soup to cool a bit, the bar blender could never handle the whole batch, hot soup would splash out, you know the drill. The ...

Epinions Wonderful and Functional Addition to a Kitchen

by  bs03751,  Mar 29, 2007
Pros: Easy to use, lightweight, durable, high-quality design.
Cons: Not a replacement for a heavy-duty blender such as a VitaMix
The Bottom Line: If you prepare baby food, soups, or sauces, this item is a time saver.
Review: Due to dietary restrictions (wheat product, additives and artificial flavors), I avoid most processed foods. It is simply too time consuming, and impossible in some cases, to determine the actual ingredients in many processed foods. This is where the ...

Epinions It does it all!

by  maincajm,  Nov 6, 2003
Pros: multi-tasking is easy; clean up is a snap too
Cons: pricey
Review: I got this tool after my Braun handheld bit the dust. I paid a bit more, but oh is this worth it. You get the stick blender which does a number on soups as well as TWO different container blenders. I love the fact that I can puree over 30 oz of sauce a ...

Epinions Makes me want to cook!

by  aamos,  Feb 19, 2004
Pros: Speed, power and accessories
Cons: NONE!
Review: I bought this little gem on a whim. I do not know how I survived without it. It can whip a banana and a cup of 2% milk into a thick milk shake. My three old asks for them all the time! The ice crusher is amazing! Yes it is a bit more - but the ...
