Cons: Drips and spatters just like most other contact grills.

Pros: Multiple cooking options, Easy to clean, doesn't take up a lot of space, looks attractive.
Cons: May not fit as many pancakes or other items as a large flat griddle.
The Bottom Line: I think anyone that uses a griddle or grill for anything would love this unit. It cooks healthy, draining fat away from the food. It's easy to use and clean.

Pros: easy to clean removable plates, temperature controls, versatility, bigger than expected cooking surface
Cons: inconvenient storage of unused plates
