Pros: Small, not clunky like the old ones.

Cons: Expensive, Not the greatest averaging.

I have only had it for 2 weeks but I love it. I have taken it hiking, biking and running and it works very well for all. It works well inside on my treadmill too, I just turn off the GPS. It is ok for navigation but that is not what it is designed for. The software that comes with it shows everything you could possibly want to know about your workout, altitude, grade, distance, speed etc. You can program the watch for all the above plus sunrise, sunset, cadence, average heart rate and SOOOOO much more. It was more than I expected.
