Cute is as cute does!

Why is ANYONE comparing this product to iPOD and iRiver MP3 player? This is a cute little toy for the kids with 128M storage, that plays MP3 recordings and records voice. It's an AMAZING little toy. And like all unique toys the price is a bit stiff. We got ours for our daughter. I loaded the player up with songs and she just lets the thing run till the battery runs down. Who cares that there is no song or battery level indicator. Those are the very things that would take away from it's cuteness. Everyone knows that NiCAD batteries have memory problems and need to be fully discharged before recharging. So it's great for my daughter. She just lets the thing play before it dies.

The only thing I would advise is to get some external speakers. Otherwise, it's a great product for young kids!
