Epinions Headphones That Give You A Good Slap

by  bilavideo,  Mar 13, 2008
Pros: great clarity, nice bass, amazing midrange punch, very "up front" with great detail
Cons: brash until they're fully burned in
The Bottom Line: The best Grados in the Prestige line, full of crisp detail and "live" presence.
Review: The Grado SR325 (now sold as the 325i) may well be the Jan Brady of the Grado product line. Brooklyn-based Grado Labs makes some of the world's finest cans but not on the cheap. Their flagship GS1000 costs a cool grand while the classic RS1 will set ...

Epinions Dynamic, detailed, and natural sounding headphones

by  bwithers,  Oct 23, 2000
Pros: Dynamic, clear, detailed, warm, natural, easy to drive
Cons: *Long* break in period. Not quite as comfortable as Senn's

Once broken in, this is one amazing sounding...

Epinions Grado SR325 Headphones give superb reproduction of music

by  knibbsyp,  Apr 26, 2007
Pros: Brilliant clear fast sound, with excellent bass through to treble cohesion. No significant sonic weakness.
Cons: Not as comfortable as I would like - and that is it honestly.
Review: If you like your headphones to reproduce whats on the source - whether 'old Vinyl' or CD,these headphones will not disappoint. They have good bass which is fast clear and no overhang or boom. The mid is articulate and with full harmonics and tone, they ...

Epinions Not as exceptional as I thought they would be.

by  excaliburn,  Jul 4, 2007
Pros: Great dynamic range and balance, very efficient with portable players, deep bass
Cons: Less comfortable than other Grados, presence and clarity are a bit weak
The Bottom Line: A bit of a disappointment to me, but still some very capable headphones. Great match for those who listen to popular music and rock.
Review: I own two other Grado headphones, the SR60s and the SR125s. Based on my experience with those two models, and the general acclaim that the SR325is have received as the flagship of the Grado Prestige series, I found a good deal on-line and purchased a ...

Epinions Very detailed with good bass

by  kimster,  Jan 27, 2000
Pros: Mids & Highs are detailed; Bass is good but not the best
Cons: 6 ft. cord is unconvenient for being portable (made for home use), pricey
Review: Grado SR325 headphones provide excellent clarity for both high and mid range frequencies and also have good bass.

Back in November of 1999, I visited a local hi-fi store and had auditioned various headphones (Grado's SR125, SR225 & SR325...
