Great picture-Poor Service

We compared this TV to a Toshiba DLP at the store where it was purchased. The picture on the JVC was much brighter, sharper, and just better all around. The TV was great for 8 months and then it went out. Replaced the lamp and that didn't fix it. It's been out of service for 3 weeks and they say the part that "may" fix it is back ordered and may take another month to arrive. JVC has not been helpful with getting it repaired or replaced. So, if you purchase a JVC enjoy it while it lasts because you never know when it will go out. If it does, good luck.
