1.5 years later -it's still running excellent!

I really like my Haier HLP21E 6.6lb Pulsator Washer.
It has been reliable and economical. Great for a single person because it does not waste alot of water like the big tub models do. The agitator free design gives an obstruction free tub. Instead of flogging the clothes like an agitator does, it simply swirls and "pulsates" them clockwise for a few seconds then counterclockwise, over and over. It's very gentle on my fragile clothes. At max it can hold one pair of my coveralls and does a good job of washing them.
(or, at max, it will hold a couple of big bath towels)
At the lowest water level it is good for just my socks or shorts and it just uses a few gallons of water to wash them.
However, I don't see how much I can jamb in it, instead, I just put a few of like items in at a time. Also I use different soaps, and wash cycles, depending upon the garment type and how dirty it is.
Overall, its been a "10" for my usage over the past 1.5 years.

Experience might be a bit different from users that always keep theirs portable. Rollers are needed and connecting/disconnecting can be problematic. Mine is permanently located, near the water heater, and it always stays connected (like a "regular" washer does). Also, a bit of time was initially spent on getting it level so that the washing drum always stays centered.

"yusufbs" was not thoughtful enough to mention what he/she had problems with - perhaps not understanding how a washer operates could play a big part of the dissatisfaction. When I was first deciding whether or not to get an HLP21E there were a few similar comments but they usually turned out to be a user lack of understanding -those became easy to disregard.
