Do you like burnt toast?

We received the Smart toast two slice toaster last Christmas and I am sorry to say that I wish I hadn't. I eat toast a lot and so of course I want a good toaster, but this is far from it! It has many different faults,like when you try to put in a second set of toast, it won't go down. It only toasts one set of bread within a 5 min. period. Which if you are trying to make toast for a family it is very time consuming! Plus it seems to burn the toast no matter what setting you put it on.
