Pros: Simple, clear, and concise web interface screens that any novice could probably follow.

Cons: Absolutely absurd tech support with crummy connections and barely legible english.

The Bottom Line: Could not get this unit to work, and the laughable Indian-based tech support only made matters worse. If it works out of the box for you it might be ok.
