by  melissabear,  Mar 25, 2007
Pros: Toasts bread just fine for at least 4 years
Cons: The poptart setting is a scam
The Bottom Line: If you only have $10 and want toast, this will make it happen for you.
Review: Say what you will about this cheapy little toaster, but when my husband and I were young and poor 5 years ago this was the only thing we could afford and its served us well. This toaster has gone with us on two cross country moves, has traveled up and ...

by  lilacattak,  May 12, 2005
Pros: Cheap, toasts well
Cons: Occasionally pinches toast, and I have to pull/tear the toast out
Review: Got it for $7.99 before my 30% discount where I work, knowing full well it had been returned before me (I was the one who restocked it), but it was the only inexpensive model there, and, besides, I could return it if it truly didn't work. I looked ...

by  gm26,  Aug 29, 2006
Pros: Low cost Toasts bread well
Cons: Doesn't toast bagel sufficiently

by  ncriggar,  Feb 16, 2005
Pros: Small: Doesn't overcrowd garbage when thrown away.
Cons: Contributes to landfill overcrowding.
Review: I was given this toaster for free. Boy did I get ripped off. The "toast" button would not stay down, and I envy the people who got one of these to last for two weeks, because mine broke on the first piece of toast. I called the friend who gave this to ...

by  RubySapphire,  Dec 27, 2003
Pros: It's cheap. I spent a whopping $6.97 on it.
Cons: Inconsistent heating coil, difficult to get lever to stay down.
Review: I picked this up when our toastmaster toaster oven died. You'd think I'd have learned, but I was going for cheap. Well, you get what you pay for. as they say. To even get the bread slightly browned, you have to set the dial almost all the way to ...
